The domain

The grandfather of the current owners, the Matton brothers, bought Château Minuty in 1936. The first owner was Gabriel Farnet. Anne-Victoire Matton also helps her uncle and father manage the estate, which was acquired by LVMH in 2023. Gabriel Farnet planted new plots and built a new winery to maintain the estate's strong reputation, which led to its inclusion in the top 23 of the “Cru Classé des Côtes-de-Provence” in 1955. The estate's 170 hectares encompass the high slopes of Ramatuelle and Gassin.
