La Source de Vignelaure Blanc combines Rolle and Sauvignon Blanc from three selected hectares of the estate’s very stony clay-limestone slopes. Fermented entirely in vats and aged for three months on fine lees, the wine retains remarkable freshness while gaining texture. Grapefruit, white peach and acacia blossom lead to a palate balancing roundness, vibrant fruit and minerality.
The sommelier info
The aromatic profile centers on grapefruit and white peach, accompanied by delicate notes of acacia blossoms.
On the palate, the freshness of the fruit is complemented by a supple texture and a lovely richness, resulting in particular from aging on fine lees. A more mineral structure balances the wine and extends the finish with finesse, without any hint of oak.
This wine is served with
La Source de Vignelaure Blanc pairs beautifully with seared scallops, herb-roasted cod, grilled prawns, creamy chicken or whelks with aioli; serve at around 10°C and allow a few minutes in the glass for its texture to fully unfold.

The domain
Located in Rians, in the Provençal hinterland, Château Vignelaure developed its distinctive identity under Georges Brunet, who acquired the property in the late 1960s. The estate is particularly known for the historic role of Cabernet Sauvignon alongside Mediterranean grape varieties, giving its wines a distinctive personality and impressive ageing potential. Today, Vignelaure continues to pursue elegance and depth through its red, rosé and white wines, in a remarkable setting where vineyards, architecture and contemporary art come together.
