Vignelaure Blanc combines Roussanne, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier from three selected hectares of the estate’s very stony clay-limestone slopes. Vinification divided between 400-litre barrels and stainless-steel tanks, followed by twelve months on the lees, creates a generous texture while preserving elegant freshness. Acacia blossom, apricot, vineyard peach, honey and subtle vanilla nuances lead to a complex, generous and persistent palate.

The nose has lovely intensity, with floral notes reminiscent of broom and acacia, quickly joined by apricot and vine peach. As it opens up, it gradually reveals richer nuances of vanilla, honey, and pastry cream.

On the palate, it combines body and freshness with great balance. The texture is full-bodied and enveloping, yet an elegant acidity keeps the tasting experience consistently lively. Yellow fruits, vanilla, and pastry notes linger for a long time, giving the wine a truly gastronomic dimension.

Vignelaure Blanc pairs beautifully with saffron turbot, red mullet with citrus, creamy chicken with morels or mature goat’s cheese; serve at around 11-12°C and allow a few minutes in the glass for its aromatic complexity and texture to fully unfold.

The domain
