Minna Rouge from Villa Minna Vineyard expresses the distinctive character of its Provençal terroir. This organic blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvèdre undergoes 24 months of oak barrel ageing, followed by extended maturation in bottle. This process brings impressive aromatic depth, combining dark fruit, spice and peppery nuances. Its generous palate, precise tannins and balanced freshness make it a distinctive wine, ideally suited to fine dining.

The domain

Villa Minna Vineyard is a 15-hectare-family exploitation located between Aix-en6provence and Salon-de-Provence, at the south of Saint Cannat city. The 15 hectares of the domaine are spread on 2 areas. The first 7,84 hectares of Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence AOC are located on Eguilles city, not far away from Aix-En-Provence and produces mainly grapes for cooperative cellar of the region. The 7 other hectares don’t benefit from the Coteau d’Aix-En-Provence appellation and are located around Saint-Cannat. The domaine’s philosophy is to respect the environnement with the special Mediterranean Food chart. Cultivated in organic farming, the production rate of the domaine is low. The wines are powerful, gourmets, full of coolness and are considered as the best of table wines.
