The sommelier info
The colour of this Minna Red 2021 is a deep garnet with purple highlights. The nose reveals intense aromas of black fruits, black cherry and spices, with a slight hint of leather. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, carried by silky tannins and a beautiful concentration of stewed black fruits. The finish is long and balanced.
The vinification is carried out using indigenous yeasts in order to preserve the identity of the terroir. After fermentation and maceration, the wines are aged in barrels, a method that brings structure and aromatic complexity while preserving the freshness of the fruit.
