Barbeyrolles Pétale de rose is a rosé of high gastronomy! Its floral and fruity nose (peach, nectarine, apricot and raspberry) as well as its spicy character are seductive. It is also expressed by a full and dense mouth. It shows freshness, with light notes of orange on the finish. A delicate and subtle rosé with a beautiful structure in the mouth, to discover or rediscover absolutely!
The harvest at Chateau Barbeyrolles, entirely manual, is transferred to the vat by gravity. Champagne hydraulic presses for gentle pressing. The result of a long family tradition of quality and wine-making know-how respectful of nature and health, the vineyard adheres since 2005 to the rules of Organic Agriculture as well as Biodynamics. Château Barbeyrolles Pétale de Rose Côtes de Provence rosé wine is available in very limited quantities!
