Pétale de Rose Château la Tour de l'Evêque is a subtle and delicate rosé wine. On the nose, a very nice finesse, floral and fruity with citrus notes and also a nice length on the palate. The mouth is fresh and well balanced, making it one of the best rosés in Provence!
At Château La Tour de l'Evêque, chemical weed killers were banned while turning to the amendment of animal manure and cupric treatments. The harvest is entirely manual and sorted in the cellar. Since 1985, the elaboration of the rosé «Pétale de Rose» is the fruit of continuous research.
