Première Rosé is a fruity and spicy cuvée. Pineapple, apricot and lychee give way to nutmeg and pepper. On the palate, this rosé is crunchy and well balanced. The finish is fine although spicy and salty. A rosé 100% pleasure!

Domaine de Figuière Première Rosé Wine goes very well with dinatory aperitifs, a platter of seafood or a slightly spicy Asian/Mediterranean cuisine. It is also suitable to accompany cheeses such as Beaufort or Saint-Marcellin. Serve fresh, between 8 and 10°C.
The domain
125 hectares of the family property of Domaine Figuière in La Londe-les-Maures are designated as Côtes de Provence. This emblematic property of Provence was bought by the Combard family in 1992. The family has always been of wine and Burgundy origin. Alain Combard, who has long recognized the potential of his coastal property, is the owner. Then, Alain taught his three children the customs of the exploitation. Since the 1980s, the Figuière estate has been farmed organically, and significant efforts have been made to preserve the vineyard, notably by banning chemical pesticides. The family's goal has always been to make wines specifically based on the region. Other product lines allow customers to discover different facets of the business, such as the Signature line, which emphasizes simplicity and freshness, and the Premier line, which is already more focused on meals and food and wine pairings. Finally, the Confidentielle line offers premium wines of exceptional depth and complexity. You can't avoid La cuvée Première, it's a rosé wine you can't argue with!
