The sommelier info

Domaine Tempier Bandol Red reminds us that we are dealing with a great terroir with a great winemaker.
The concentration and density are superbly counterbalanced by this typical freshness at Domaine Tempier.
Domaine Tempier Bandol Red includes a blend of different terroirs. Instead of the “little mill of the Cadière” the vine extends on reliefs arranged in south-facing restanques, the peculiarity of the soil is distinguished by the presence of limestone. The soils around the estate bring a lot of finesse to the wines.

This Tempier Bandol Red is definitely one of the greatest reds in Provence.

The family decided to rename this cuvée often called “Classique” by christening it “Lulu & Lucien” on the occasion of the release of the reds of the 2020 vintage to pay tribute to them.
