This year, Minuty has chosen Italian artist Lucia Vinti to dress the iconic M cuvée.

Through this creation, the house celebrates the essence of the French Riviera, shaped by the sun, the sea and the wind – natural elements that influence the vineyards of the Saint-Tropez peninsula. This original design, inspired by Mediterranean landscapes, translates the richness of Provençal terroirs into colours and patterns. It evokes the vineyard’s topography, the nuances of the sky and the energy of the sea, offering an artistic and sensory interpretation of the Minuty universe. Much like the Minuty M cuvée, this limited edition combines aromatic intensity, freshness and lightness, elegantly embodying the iconic style of Provence.

The Lucia Vinti limited edition from Côtes de Provence stands out for its nose, characterised by a veritable explosion of fruit, combining finesse with bold aromas. From white-fleshed fruits to exotic fruits, the bouquet gradually unfolds as the time flies.

On the palate, this rosé reveals a complex, briny structure with great freshness, underpinned by a light and lively profile characteristic of the Minuty style. Made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Tibouren, and crafted from grapes sourced from all the terroirs of the Côtes de Provence appellation, this wine expresses both the spirit of Provence and the Minuty identity, where aromatic intensity blends with lightness. As with every limited edition, only the bottle is distinguished by its artistic label, the wine itself remaining identical to the traditional Minuty M cuvée.

The domain

The grandfather of the current owners, the Matton brothers, bought Château Minuty in 1936. Gabriel Farnet was the first owner. The Matton brothers are assisted by Anne-Victoire Matton (4th generation) in the management of the estate, acquired in 2023 by LVMH. Currently, its 170 hectares cover the hillsides of Ramatuelle and Gassin. Gabriel Farnet has worked hard to plant new vineyards and build a new winery to ensure that the property continues to meet the high standards that made it one of the first 23 winners of the "Cru Classé des Côtes-de-Provence" in 1955. International grape varieties have mostly been replaced by indigenous varieties such as Grenache and Rolle, allowing us to move towards a more contemporary range of rosé wines. It is said that its rosé wines, based on Grenache, were made from the "king of rosés". The company's preferred trading partner, Minuty SA, supplies the M and Prestige product lines. In addition, well-known ranges such as "Or" and "281" are included.
