Château de Crémat crafts La Rose Blanche from 100% organically grown Rolle on the siliceous-limestone “poudingue” soils of the hills above Nice. Hand-harvested and vinified in stainless steel, this Bellet combines white peach, clementine and saline nuances with a pure, fresh and delicately generous palate. Already highly appealing today, it has an indicated ageing potential of 4 to 5 years, allowing further complexity to develop.
The sommelier info
The nose combines white peach and clementine with a briny note that lends the wine a great deal of character.
On the palate, it stands out for its freshness and the clarity of its aromatic expression. The fruit remains precise and delicate, supported by a briny structure that adds length and reinforces the sensation of purity on the finish.
This wine is served with
Château de Crémat La Rose Blanche Blanc pairs beautifully with grilled cuttlefish with lemon and parsley, fennel-grilled sea bass, Niçoise stuffed vegetables, olive-oil prawns or fennel and Parmesan salad; serve between 10 and 12°C and allow a few minutes in the glass before drinking.
