The domain
The grandfather of the current owners, the Matton brothers, bought Château Minuty in 1936. Gabriel Farnet was the first owner. The Matton brothers are assisted by Anne-Victoire Matton (4th generation) in the management of the estate, acquired in 2023 by LVMH. The current 170-hectare estate includes the Ramatuelle and Gassin parcels. Gabriel Farnet maintained the exceptional reputation of the property by planting new plots and building a new winery, which allowed him to be among the first 23 winners of the "Cru Classé des Côtes-de-Provence" in 1955. Traditional grape varieties such as Grenache and Rolle have now replaced traditional grape varieties from other regions in order to modernize the selection of rosés. Grenache, the vineyard’s flagship grape variety, has built its reputation on its rosés. Minuty SA, a leading partner of Château Minuty, supplies the M and Prestige product lines. The well-known Or and 281 ranges are also included. Discover some of the lightest, most elegant, youngest and most sophisticated wines from France and around the world.
