The domain
Château Minuty was acquired in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet, and today Anne-Victoire Matton (4th generation) assists her uncle and father in managing the estate. LVMH acquired Minuty in 2023. The estate's 170 hectares stretch across the high hills of Ramatuelle and Gassin. Gabriel Farnet planted new plots and built a new winery to build the estate's solid reputation, which led to his estate being named one of the 23 "Cru Classé des Côtes-de-Provence" in 1955. Today, Carignan and Ugni Blanc have been replaced by Grenache and Rolle, traditional Provençal grape varieties, to modernise the wines on offer. However, the wine estate has built its reputation on its rosé wines made from Grenache, known as the 'king of rosés'. Minuty SA, Château Minuty's top-of-the-range wine merchant, offers the M and Prestige ranges, as well as the Chateau's famous Gold and 281 ranges. Discover fresh, elegant wines that are both young and sophisticated, making them a benchmark in France and around the world.
