The sommelier info
Clos Saint Vincent Bellet White is the result of a complex elaboration: pellicular maceration, pressing, cold scrubbing, fermentation in cask with a sticking of almost six months with a year of ageing in barrels. It will then be bottled without filtration which can cause a light natural deposit.
This Vin du Clos St Vincent has a clear dress of an intense yellow, a floral nose/citrus slightly toasted, a wide and generous mouth.
A Bellet Clos Saint Vincent Wine of a rare elegance. Clos Bellet White is produced between 5,000 and 6,000 bottles following the years, 40 Magnums and 8 Jeroboams.
