The domain

Discreet winemaker Dominique Hauvette settled in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in 1988, where she cultivates 16 hectares divided between Les Baux-de-Provence and PGI Alpilles appellations. The year 2020 marks a turning point for Dominique Hauvette, who was crowned best winemaker of the year by the Revue des Vins de France.
