Domaine Hauvette Amethyste Red wine is even more well-rounded than the previous vintage wirh a stronger amplitude, a roundness present and delicate, with chamomille notes. Like always this female winemaker woman wants minerality. Amethyste was aged for 9 to 12 months in concrete egg. As always with this perfectionist winemaker that is Dominique Hauvette, the desire for minerality is there. Even more than ever, this emblematic cuvée from Domaine Dominique Hauvette reaches an exceptional level!

Established in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence since 1988, discreet winemaker Dominique Hauvette cultivates 16 hectares between the Les Baux-de-Provence and Vin de Pays des Alpilles appellations. In 2020, she was voted best winegrower of the year by the Revue des Vins de France. The Améthyste cuvée, the estate's emblem, stands out for its exceptional character, combining minerality and great depth.
