The domain

Discreet winemaker Dominique Hauvette settled in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in 1988, where she farms 16 hectares divided between the Les Baux-de-Provence and Vin de Pays des Alpilles appellations. In 2020, a key moment occurred for her, when she was crowned best winemaker of the year by the Revue des Vins de France. Her white wine, Dolia, is unquestionably one of the most remarkable in Provence: mineral, harmonious, round and richly aromatic.
