Dominique Hauvette Dolia is certainly one of the best whites of Provence: mineral, balanced, round, aromatic. Still this characteristic minerality, but a whole more tense and more balanced than the previous vintage. Notes of citrus, of hot earth. Mouth that opens on a very high density.
Domaine Hauvette Dolia has an extraordinary storage potential and as often with Dominique Hauvette, this cuvée is at an exceptional level! Dolia was elaborated for a year in concrete egg on lees.

The domain

Hauvette is a reference ! The discreet wine grower Dominique Hauvette settled down in 1998 in Saint Rémy de Provence where she develops constantly great wines red and white with Provence in her Domaine Hauvette. Her biodynamic culture respects the origin of grounds and the authenticity of the soil to produce magnificent distinguished red wines with a potential of guard with the famous vintages Cornaline or Amethyste. Without forgetting the vintages of white wines fat such as Dolia or Jaspe.
It is the consecration for these wines of Provence whose qualities are no longer to be proven. In 2020, 3 stars in the Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France are awarded to Hauvette Dominique and her Domaine, in addition to the many awards already acquired in the past. Aided by the Mediterranean climate and closer to the environment, Hauvette strives to produce great wines always with respect for the terroir and its convictions. 2020 is also the year of the consecration for Dominique Hauvette since she was voted best winemaker of the year by the Revue des Vins de France!
